I work as a consultant and a coach. The two areas complement each other.  

As a consultant I use my coaching skills to ensure that my clients develop skills they can use after I’ve finished my consulting assignment.

As a coach I use my knowledge of the workplace gained as a consultant and a manager to coach my clients.
